We are very excited to be managing the beautiful community of Dana Point Admiralty! If you need assistance, Action is here to help! We have a Community Care Department that can assist you during business hours Monday – Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM. They can assist with most issues, including billing, maintenance requests, questions about HOA procedures, and assistance with setting up your Resident Portal account. Below are the ways you can get in touch with Community Care:

If you have a maintenance emergency after hours, please call the number above and follow the prompts to be connected to our on call service.
You now also have access to our web-based Resident Portal for your convenience, where you will be able to pay your assessment through e-check or credit card (for an additional fee), enroll in the Automatic Recurring Payment option (ACH), check your account status, submit work orders, view documents, and more. To set up your personal online Resident Portal account:
- Go to the website https://resident.actionlife.com
- Click on the Register button to begin set up
- Enter your 14-digit account number as it appears on your statement
Your first account statements were mailed to you in March. If you currently pay your assessment through ACH, you will need to re-register through the Resident Portal using the instructions below. Payments will be deducted from your bank account on the date of your choosing each month. You do not need to do anything to cancel the existing ACH payment method as no payments should be processed by the former bank, but you may wish to do so as a precaution.
If you utilize online bill pay services through your bank, the company name and address will need to be changed to reflect remittance information as follows; you will also need to update your 14-digit account number per the statement you received:
