2024 Election By Acclamation Results and Board Update

At the June 6, 2024 Board of Directors Meeting, the Board of Directors voted to seat the following candidates by acclamation per Civil Code 5103, as the number of qualified candidates did not exceed the number of available positions: Gale Hackshaw, Mark McClanathan, and Lisa Slayman. Conducting the election by acclamation saves the Association money on costs associated with preparing and distributing the secret ballots and contracting with a third party professional inspector of election.

There was one vacant position on the Board and at the August 15, 2024 Board of Directors meeting, the Board voted to appoint Joe Moderow to serve the remainder of that term.

Your Board of Directors for the 2024-2025 term are as follows:

President – Ann Leibowitz

Vice President – Gale Hackshaw

Secretary – Lisa Slayman

Treasurer – Mark McClanathan

Director – Joe Moderow
