Pool Closed For Restaining and Repairs September 16, 2024

The Board has contracted with The Concrete Doctor to restain the pool deck. This project is scheduled to begin on September 16, 2024 and the pool area will be closed for 2-3 days. The vendor will also be making some repairs to the coping around the pool which has been chipped off.

The pool is due for replastering and Management is in the process of obtaining proposals to present to the Board at the October meeting. The work will be scheduled in the winter season as the pool will need to be closed for a few weeks to facilitate this project.
