Annual Roof Maintenance

Fontaine Weatherproofing will be performing the annual roof maintenance on Monday, November 3, 2025, through Friday, November 7, 2025.

During this period, Fontaine’s crews will clean all roofs and gutters, inspect and repair broken or missing tiles, reseal flashing and vent caps, clear debris from roof valleys and chimneys, and perform minor repairs on skylights and drainage areas. These preventive steps are designed to extend the life of the roofs and reduce the risk of leaks during the rainy season.

Residents are asked to keep driveways and access areas clear for Fontaine’s equipment and to avoid walking near active work zones. Thank you for your cooperation as this essential maintenance is completed.
