Insurance Reminder

The Association maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for the property, including liability, property, directors and officers (D&O), crime, workers’ compensation, and earthquake/flood insurance. Current certificates of insurance are available on the Resident Portal. If you require specific proof of insurance for your unit, please visit www.EOIDirect.com.

Please note that the Association’s master insurance policy covers only standard interior improvements. In the event of a loss, the policy will restore interiors to their original, developer-installed condition. Since many units have been upgraded over the years, owners are strongly encouraged to maintain an HO-6 policy, also known as a condominium unit owners insurance policy.

An HO-6 policy helps cover interior improvements, personal belongings, and other gaps not included in the Association’s coverage. Please review your policy with your insurance provider to ensure that all of your upgrades and personal property are fully protected.
