Termite Treatment Program Renewal

The Association has terminated services with Accurate Termite and Pest Control as of September 30, 2025, and renewed its termite treatment program with Payne Pest Management effective October 1, 2025. Payne provided these services to the community for many years. The annual termite inspections will be scheduled on March 2, 2026. All owners will need to make their units accessible for inspections on this. If active termites are found during the inspection, Payne will come back to the unit on another day to perform the local termite treatment.

The program includes free inspections and local treatment if there is active termite activity reported during the one-year term of the program. If you notice termite activity in or around your unit, please send an to Action’s Community Care Department at communitycare@actionlife.com and let them know your name, address and a description of where you are seeing the activity and a work order will be opened to Payne to set up an appointment to inspect the unit and perform local treatment if required.
